This lovely studio oasis is conveniently located off of Dunlawton Ave. Our location is close to many of the amazing activities and restaurants in Daytona and in Ponce Inlet. We offer private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including shades and blackout curtains and just over an hour to the theme parks. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. 1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout couch / 1 full bath
***Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below: - Tenant must be at least twenty-five (21) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!! - No smoking - No pets allowed - No trailer parking - Photo ID may be required upon check-in -renter is liable for any damage to the unit
******BUILDING AMENITITES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool) this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and most recently, Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. Per Pirate's Cove management, the amenities reopening date has unfortunately been postponed and a new date of reopening has not been scheduled at this time. The condo unit has no damage to the interior is available for occupancy. Beach access is just a few step to the Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. ***
