This condo unit is located within Daytona Beach's newest luxury rental condo. The Aruba.
As you walk through the doors the beauty of this condo hits you.
As you walk in and remove your shoes you will see the oceanfront view straight ahead. As you walk in the back bedrooms are on your left and right. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, smart tv, dresser, closet, and beautiful decor. Across the hall is bedroom #3 that also features a queen size bed, smart tv, dresser, closet, and beautiful decor.
As you proceed down the hall the fully loaded gourmet chefs kitchen is on your right hand side while the second bathroom is on your left hand side. The second bathroom includes a beautiful vanity as well as a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room are set up so the ocean is viewable at all times.
The oceanfront dining room features a gorgeous low top glass dining table that has the ability to seat six with additional bar seating for three right next it.
The oceanfront living room highlights a stunning sectional sofa that will leave you with the perfect view of the large smart tv as well as the ocean waves rolling in.
Across from the living room is the master bedroom that features a king size bed, smart tv, dresser, walk in closet, and private bath. This room also features a 3 seat nook overlooking the oceanfront picture window. The master bath has his/her sinks as well as a large walk in shower.
The balcony has seating for 4 over looking the lovely oceanfront waves as well as the picturesque sun glow pier.
THE CONDO:
Aruba is widely considered as one of Daytona Beaches highest end vacation rental buildings simply because Aruba has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly and the condo is situated only a few minutes walk on the beach from the great Crabby Joes ocean pier restaurant / bar.
Aruba boasts a complete fitness center with weightlifting and cardio equipment, a heated resort style pool, and a gorgeous hot tub right next to the beach.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip
**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
Minimum age: 25
1.Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.
CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: NOT available. 4pm is check in time. (If the unit ends up being ready early we will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100
PETS:
No pets are allowed.
PARKING:
We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
