This tastefully decorated and centrally located flat is the perfect base for those who want to discover De Panne and enjoy the sea. The flat is very centrally located just 1km from the beach, 350 from the Zeelaan (the shopping street) and 4,5km from Plopsaland. There is a tram stop 550m away. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second room has 1 double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people. The second bedroom gives acces to the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The flat is really impractical, with loud creaking doors, broken light fixtures, the bathroom you can't reach without going through one of the bedrooms, balconies you can't access because beds are put in front of their doors, fridge you can't open without requiring at least one person sitting at the table to get up, no washing machine, lack of parking spot in a city we're parking is paid and expensive, no freezer in the fridge, leaking shower that floods the bathroom floor, entrance door shaking loudly each time anyone comes in or out at any time of the day, and many more.
