Some view of De Queen Lake. Minutes to boat landings & lake. Outside deck includes grill/smoker, gas fire pit and table & chairs. 22kw generator ensures you will never lose power. Owner lives in house on site (150’ away) and you might have some dog visitors on occasion as owner has 3 small dogs.

Great place!
Melinda was wonderful. She began communicating with me as soon as I made the reservation. I ended up arriving later than expected but the address was easy to read from the road so I had no issues. I was pleasantly surprised by all the coffee supplies Melinda had in the refrigerator. The motion activated lights on the stairs were a thoughtful touch. I will most definitely recommend checking out Mel's Place if you need somewhere to stay in De Queen!

Wonderful!
We had a fantastic stay! The place was so cute, neat, and comfortable. The coffee bar was stocked and the host was very hospitable. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Such a great little place!!
Absolutely LOVED staying at Mel’s Place! The check in process was easy and had plenty of place to park. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice! Melinda came and introduced herself and gave us some great recommendations for around the area. Overall, a 5 star stay!! Will definitely be back

Amazing place ! So nice and clean!
My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. It was wonderful and clean and the king sized bed with amazing sheets were a plus! Lots of extras to mention .. has everything you need! The owner Mel is on the property as well and is the sweetest! You won’t regret booking this one! We will be back!
