The pool and the facilities were nice. It was safe and quiet. The staff was very helpful. They did not clean the room. We probably should have asked for this service.

Absolutely superb weekend stay for a business trip. Normally my pup and I are traveling for work in the camper, this time we chose this hotel. Dog walk area was clean. ALL the staff was wonderful. Doing carnivore and keto is no problem with their breakfast eggs and sausage along w other items not keto.

My suggestion is to pick any other hotel than this one. We have used this hotel along with a dozens of other Hamptons throughout the state of Florida for employees for work. The manager Cory M is rude and disrespectful. He had an issue with one of our employees and instead of handling it professionally he was nasty and lied directly to me about a conversation he had with one of my managers on the phone. If you hate your life and your job that much, you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. We have the recorded conversation of how rude he was with the manager over the phone and quickly hung up on him. That will be shared with the corporate office.

Soon I walk in to the room I saw a lizard, it went behind the pic frames , didn’t mind at all spend the first night fine , second night we saw a big roach who crawled behind the bed so that was it I went to the front desk and check out I told the guy and he just say oh wow. This hotel can use some cleaning. I have stay in other Hampton Inn and didn’t have this experience at all. I will be booking this place ever again

I loved the pit fire. Everything was nice and clean but the air didn't smell good while the ac was running. The smell dies down once the ac turns off. I do give this place 5 stars for cleanliness and great customer service, would recommend to others.
