The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. After a terrible night in Lead (at Blackstone lodge and suits) this property was such a refreshing change!

We were extremely disappointed that there was no elevator (traveling with elderly in our party), and heartbroken that the pool was much too cold to get in and the hot tub was out of commission indefinitely (the sign on it only said 'Down for maintenance tonight' and we asked staff to confirm it would open the next day, they seemed annoyed by an absurd question. We asked them to update their sign and their website.) - we had booked this hotel 2 nights solely for pool and hot tub. Communication to booking apps should happen! The walkable convenience to Walmart and delicious breakfast were lovely but the nice extra large rooms really need a table and or chairs. We took a chair from the stockpile under the side stairwell.
