My room smelled terrible. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was no hot water. This was the most expensive and overpriced hotel I stayed in during a two week trip and was the worst place by far.

When we got there the lady at the desk computer system was down and there were others there too. She got all of us calmly and curteously checked in with her system down.

This is an older Inn that needs some TLC but I must say I feel like I got a lot for my money. Our Queen suite was just over $100 through Travelocity and we had 2 nice big rooms, typical microwave, small frig and coffee maker. Breakfast was included and hot waffles! There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we come again next year. For dog owners there is a nice large grassy area next to the Inn that is perfect. There is a very nice off leash open dog park nearby and a second fenced one not too far away. This Inn is dog friendly....service dogs welcome and $15/night for pets.

The hot tub was unusable due to soapsud contamination. The bathroom was too small for more than an overnight stay. The facility was clean looking but did not have that scrubbed look that we have grown to expect since Covid. The Staff were helpful and polite.

This hotel was so dusty it was unbelievable. they had ceiling fans above the indoor pool that had at least 1/2 an inch of dust and cob webbs. Dust on the top of the "closet like shelves. The garbage cans in the back of the hotel were not emptied the whole time we were there (7 days) There was an issue with the TV. Front desk person looked and said "at least it works." but it was stuck at 10:18 AM and would only show the guide for that time. All In all I would not recommend.

Staff was awesome, they reacted to every need expeditiously. The only downside if ti could call it that, hot tub it was cloudy but I understand when there is a lot of people using it, it takes time to get it back to normal. Was I or my party disappointed, No, not at all. We'll be back.

3 nights - 2 thru Expedia 1 booked direct no cleaning service in our room!!! Very seldom was anyone at the front desk- note said to call if help needed with an arrow pointing to “phone” - no phone there! No ice- was told the machine broke down sometime ago and they didn’t fix it!!!! Toilets are low low to the floor! No elevator, don’t recall it saying there were steps- whether on 1st floor or 3rd floor steps (approx 4-5 steps at least for 1st and 2nd floors). The continental breakfast was wonderful and staff was very accommodating when I forgot an item after checkout. Just need to fine tune a few things and if not reduce the rate considerably.

Comfy & clean!
Comfortable King bed room near the pool-was quiet after 10:00, very clean. Carli was extremely friendly & helpful checking us in. Great location so we could zip over to Wal-Mart & then check out the Western Heritage Center up the street in the morning.

The room was not ready for check in gave them 1 and 1/2 hours and still not done. Text manager to complain and she did not care told me it is the busy summer so should get you in soon. The maid staff was very nice. And the one frint desk guy was great also.ac had a hard time keeping the temp
