This hotel just did the trick, a place to stay the night and have a little breakfast in the morning, just what we needed.

Paid for 5 nights when checking in (required, Sturgis bike rally). Checked out early, stayed 4 nights. Did not request or really expect refund due to busyness of rally. Two days later an additional charge was made to my credit card. Contacted manager, said he could not find me in the system, took my name and number and said he would call me back. Never received a call back. Other wise stay was about average for this type of motel.

Breakfast sat out all night
My room had a smoke smell. It also had dog hair all over it, and I ventured down in the lobby at 2 AM and found that tomorrow’s eggs breakfast was already sitting out on the counter, waiting for everybody at 6 AM. That’s gross even if it’s on a hot plate it’s gonna be old and disgusting.

We liked the outside balcony. The breakfast was cold and very limited. I had a code that would have reduced the per night price from 219.00 to 146.00 but was told they couldn't do it. I had tried several times calling the hotel and leaving messages, but never got a reply.

The security lock on the door was broken into pieces. The carpet was a horrible stained mess. The room stank so bad it burned my eyes and throat. The manager denied anything was wrong. I abandoned the motel and drove to the next town and bought a decent room for the night. I called Wyndham to lodge complaint. This room in Sturgis was UNHEALTHY AND DANGEROUS. The next day my eyes were swollen and blood red from the stench. I will report to the county health department and the police.
