We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one.

Loud disco room below bedroom windows
Spoilt by noisey very very loud disc in hotels party room. Until 1am. In the room it said no noise after 10pm.!

Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique et aimable, séjour très agréable; petit bémol pour la propreté de la piscine et du jacuzzi, mais surtout à cause de l'irrespect des gens qui trempent leurs pieds dans le pédiluve avec leurs tongs ou qui mettent de la terre dans le jacuzzi! Difficile de surveiller tout le monde! Par contre, une très jolie chambre, très bien décorée avec une literie plus que parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un hôtel à conseiller!

1. Chambre mal insonorisée. On entend chaque pas des clients de la chambre au-dessus. 2. Balcon avec des toiles d’araignées et excréments de pigeon. 3. Petit déjeuner à la Closerie pas mal mais propose la même chose tous les matins 4. Piscine à la Closerie très sympa 5. Accueil de la réceptionniste à revoir car peu sympathique Je ne reviendrai pas.

Le prix et les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiés! Chambre et couloirs vieillots, canapé dépliant pas confortable du tout pour dormir, ascenseur vite en surcharge, vue sur un toit…l’espace piscine et l’accueil relèvent le niveau mais je n’y retournerai pas.
