great place

We were very pleased with the room and the Hotel. was clean and quit. I recommend this hotel. Parking is free but finding parking was terrible. We were late arrival and too many vehicles took up two spots.

Poor customer service and no refund per management

I booked a room using my iPhone on hotel.com. I checked to see if dogs were allowed on the property. On my iPhone, there was no mention of this motel being pet friendly or pet unfriendly. I assumed that this motel was pet friendly so I booked a room. At the front desk, the receptionist said this motel was not pet friendly and she refused to give me a refund. I showed the receptionist my iPhone and there was nothing on the property amenities stating pet unfriendly motel. She said I needed to look further under frequently asked questions to get the answers to no pets allowed at this motel. She refused a refund. I called the motel manager in the morning and she refused my refund also. I lodged a complaint with hotels.com about getting my refund and I have not heard back from them.
