Upon arrival, we found the bathroom floor to be covered in hair. In fact, we wiped up a giant handful before we could even use the restroom. So gross!!! Otherwise clean, but everything seemed shabby and out of date.

Staff was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was limited but reasonable. Facilities seemed well worn, but also well maintained. Not bad for a destination that is more than a little bit off of the beaten path.

Bad situation turned out well
After having this stay booked for 3 months in advance and calling the hotel to confirm our stay and then find out the hotel can't find anything. After being on the phone for 30 minutes to find out what happened and dealing with the hotel manager our stay turned out good. After getting checked into our room the room wasn't ready like I was told from the front desk. When I called and talked to the hotel 3 days prior to the stay I was told that everything would be taken care of before checking in and it wasn't. We had to go down and get the roller way and bedding ourselves and the other things that I was told that would be taken care before the stay. Not a bad place to stay but the management and staff need to be on the same page also housekeeping. For the 3 days that we stayed we had to go down and get towels and other things all that was done was the garbage was empty and the floor was clean. No towels and garbage bags replaced like they should. My family have stayed at this hotel multiple times before and this is the first time ever we had to get everything from the front desk when housekeeping is there doing all the other rooms.
