The room could have used some more cleaning. There were pieces of food wrapper on the floor so it must not have been vacuumed thoroughly and the bathtub, sink and counter all had hair in them, so I doubt they were cleaned at all.

I really enjoyed my time here. This super 8 has been nicely updated. I found it clean, with a comfy bed, and comfy pillows. Everything worked, there was good water pressure and hot water, and it was quiet while I was there. The breakfast is simple, but thoughtful. For instance, there's one cereal for adults and one for children, and the waffles from the waffle maker are the tiny kind, so they cook faster. I only had two drawbacks - the room was somewhat damp in the air, but luckily I could open the window. I would have preferred completely unscented linens and towels, but the lemon fresh scent there was was light enough that it didn't give my allergies too much trouble. Overall, this is one of the nicer Super Eights I've ever stayed at, and I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in town. It's a good deal for the price.

On a 5 day, 4 night with different city vacation, this simple hotel was the most expensive. Yet I rate it as the poorest in all areas: cleanliness, hospitality, area, convenience. So disappointed I didn't stay down the road at a more quality hotel.

Weird smell but nice staff
The room we stayed in was not clean. There was something spilled on the wall behind the desk. A mysterious liquid in one of the drawers the whole room had a stench to it. We never could figure out the source but everything smelled like it. The bedding the towels at first i thought maybe it was a cleaner they used but i didnt smell it anywhere else in the building. There was a dead fly stuck to the bathroom door frame. The staff was super nice but the cleanliness of the room was aweful.
