The stay was just okay. We got in late and the lock on our room door was not functional. We could not get in. Evidently the front desk staff was unaware of this because I went back 3 times for new keys. It wasn’t until the security staff let us in that we found out it was a known issue. They said they would move us to a new room in the morning and said we would be comped for the breakfast in the morning. They were true to their word on that. Had no other problems with the second room. That first room, however—smelled musty, the toilet cracked when one of our party attempted to sit on it. You could tell it was an ongoing problem as well. First off, the wall behind it was water stained and the bowl was attached to the wall instead of a traditional commode. It was weird. We also had earwigs and spiders in the room. Basement level, so no surprise at all. I would never stay in basement level of this hotel again. Location was weird. Address is listed as 25 Allied Dr, but delivery people were confused by that and went to another building. The road coming in seemed confusing as well. Not the worst stay. Breakfast buffet was pretty good but would have cost $18 per person if we hadn’t been comped. Not sure it was worth that much. Pool is under construction until 10-01 as well.

It is the first time I stayed at this hotel in Boston, service was not too great as I expected for a Hilton Hotel. First, when I arrive the person at the front desk gave me a key for a room that was busy or empty but not ready because when I went to the room assigned bed were not done and I had to go back to the counter to be reassigned for another one. Second when I arrived to the hotel after passing the door, it was smelling so bad. And also…I asked for the heat to be on and they told me it was not working yet and work only in winter, first time I hear that plus that night was a little bit cold than other nights As I said it’s not the first time I stayed in a Hilton property around the US and it’s the first time I am not satisfied with the service I receive. But not only there were bad things. Also food at restaurant is good and in the day of my check out I went to buy an Advil at the little market I bought and someone at the restaurant gave me a glass of OJ as courtesy to drink the pill.
