Was out of town for work with my team. Roaches and bugs openly moving around the campus, Public facilities not working, look to be homeless Hanging out on the sidewalks in front of rooms. I could not have my staff staying there. I asked Expedia for a refund and to allow us to book at another nearby hotel. Still have not Received refund.

We rented the room for two nights. The room was dirty and there were stains stains on the pillow, which they try to cover with the pillowcase, the bedsheets were dirty and also had stains on it. The TV didn’t work and the room phone didn’t work. We use our cell phone to call the lobby multiple times, but it kept ringing no one picked up. We went to the front desk and told them the TV is not working and no one came to fix it till we checked out. They advertise breakfast, which they delivered in doggy bags with an apple, a granola bar, and a muffin in it.

Besides the cockroaches, the drug addicts made it creepy. My neighbor fell on the sidewalk because it was so dirty when it got wet it became slick as ice. She had to go to the hospital. Then on my day of checkout at 8 o’clock in the morning, the manager and security showed up, saying I owed an additional day when I had already paid upfront. I paid it just to get the hell out of there. I don’t think I got my deposit back with their fuzzy math. Overall, in my 57 years, this was probably the worst motel experience I have ever encountered.

The room had a musty odor, i killed a roach in my room, i found a worm in the tub while getting ready to shower, and the fridge and microwave did not work! The next time I'm in Florida, I will NOT be staying at your hotel!!!
