Beautiful house with capacity for up to 7 people surrounded by nature, with private pool, unique style and magnificent sea views.

This beautiful house located on the outskirts of the famous town of Deià, is located just 1.8 km from the village with easy access to several nearby coves such as the famous Cala Deià. It is the perfect combination of comfort and style where you can enjoy a unique vacation in the beautiful area of the Sierra de Tramuntana and having great sea views.

The property is distributed in two buildings, the main house and a guest cottage.

In the main house, we will find 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (both with sea views) and one with one single bed, all located on the first floor. On the first floor there is also a work room with a desk, lamp, chair for those who need to work while away. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink and the other with a beautiful freestanding bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing bath after a long day at the beach or adventures discovering the area. It also has a toilet, sink and floor heating for those who wish some extra comfort while preparing their bath ritual.

On the lower floor we find the living area with comfortable sofas, smart TV, a round table with chairs to enjoy wonderful meals and a kitchen with everything you need with appliances, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.

There is Wifi throughout the house for those who need to be always connected, it is also an ideal house for those who want to work online as they would have their own working space if they need it. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The guest cottage is located a few steps away heading to the pool area. It has a large bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

This property has different outdoor areas, which makes it perfect for those who like their own quiet moments. There are beautiful trees, lush plants and plenty of lavender throughout the whole gardens. There is a sun bathing area at the front of the house which has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean, then we find the great outdoor porch with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, sink and a fridge, as well as a gas BBQ and a large dining table for up to 10 people, perfect for spending long summer evenings chatting and enjoying with friends and/or family, surrounded by beautiful trees and nature.

Heading to the swimming pool area, we pass by the guests cottage and in a few steps we find the house swimming pool, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and with magnificent views, is the ideal place to disconnect from the outside world by sunbathing, reading a good book in its hammocks or cooling off on a hot summer day.we find several grass areas, sun loungers, a high up magnificent pool which receives the sun until it disappears into the sea at sunset. There are 7 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a ping pong table too.

This house is ideal for those who like their own space, being able to enjoy different areas of the house without being overlooked. The gardens and the views will slowly submerge you into the Mediterranean vibe and make you slow down to enjoy your holiday at a more peaceful pace.

The house has private parking space for one vehicle, two more vehicles can park just outside the property.

- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
