"Everything was incredible on the trip. I enjoyed my stay while I was there. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake. However, when my boyfriend and I went to our room to check it out, we noticed something on the wall that made us a little grossed out, which was a bloody booger on the wall. We didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our stay. The environment was amazing as well with an amazing indoor pool and hot tub. Thank you all for a wonderful hospitality, I would love to come back soon to stay at this hotel again. "

"Safe, clean resort. It was cold outside, where we didn’t want to go anywhere, and we didn’t have to. Good, coffee, pool, hot tub, two choices for a bar with music. "

"There was a dead roach in the bathroom, holes in towels, no one ever at the desk. I work at hotels and I understand this is a smaller property but still doesn’t mean service and cleanliness can lack. Will most likely go back due to convenience and inexpensiveness "

"Front desk staff was amazing and helpful, both at check-in and when we went down for water from the little store (reasonable prices there, too). Room was fantastic, worth the money, convenient to downtown. Beautiful view of the lake. Love the guest expectations, very clearly laid out, and it made for a wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful stay. Felt very safe and secure, all the premises was very beautifully decorated for the winter holidays. "
