Staff was pleasant & knowledgeable. Room minor maintenance issues including electrical. Property is older & need some cosmetic and maintenance issues addressed. The property was in convenient location near Columbus. When checking in, desk clerk should have introduced herself since she was not wearing a name tag( I worked in guest services& retail myself) This was my first experience at a Baymont. I thought that housekeeping had not finished the room( making the bed). Very unusual bed treatment - no comforter & blanket in between sheets with pillows oddly place - not inviting - I had a throw in car & slept on top of made bed - pillows were comfy - blanket did not look or feel comfy after finding it

Hotel charges $30 an animal on top of $50 pet deposit. My room’s safety lock was broke off. Rust on lamps and flooring was pealing up in room. Same in my friends room. Only had thin blanket for comforter. The whole hotel needs major makeover. I left after one night. Gross
