Bathroom smell like sewage they sprayed a great amount of air freshener in the room major Nixon dense on the walls, dirty baseboards, very unclean

Hotel charges $30 an animal on top of $50 pet deposit. My room’s safety lock was broke off. Rust on lamps and flooring was pealing up in room. Same in my friends room. Only had thin blanket for comforter. The whole hotel needs major makeover. I left after one night. Gross

I like staying at this hotel. Nice, clean, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable. I have stayed 3 times in the last year, every room I have had , it’s nice and quiet. I appreciate the fact I can stay there and get a nice and quiet place to sleep for a night. The price is very reasonable.

I have a dog which I paid $30 for a pet fee per night and then an extra $50 for incidentals. My dog came into the building and got some mud on its feet and hopped on the bed. Just made a few marks on sheets. They also stated that she had a lot of fur on the bed and they had to wash the sheets more than once. My dog did not chew anything did not make an accident did not bark. We are just getting in trouble because the dog being a dog got a little bit dirty. Nothing washers couldn’t take care of. I understand extra in the beginning but $30 to make that go towards washing sheets and washing up stuff that maybe a dog did, but to charge the $50 fee for just having to put it into an extra load and clean it makes no sense
