Very clean, large room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Loved being walking distance to OWU. Decor is somewhat dated but cleanliness made up for that point for me. I stayed 2 nights for the price of 1 night at other nearby chain hotels. I will stay here again.

I believe if a hotel offers a continental breakfast it should be offered to all guest not only high paying guest. The grab and go breakfast was awful. Honey buns are not a breakfast item.

Sure clean room and property. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star would be because of the mattresses. None of us slept well on them but maybe we are just spoiled. Staff was great as well.

We normally stay in chain hotels, but this was a better price and more convenient to the Zoo. The front desk individual was so nice and suggested great food places (highly suggest Hamburger Inn). Everything was very clean and spacious. The beds were more on the firm side and "springy" but not horrible for one night. We would certainly stay here again.

Staff was great, both in evening (check in) and morning (check out). The room was spacious and clean. Rooms and property are dated, which gives it a 1960 motel vibe, but which also adds to its appeal. “Grab-and-go” breakfast was fair (packaged pastries, granola bars, fresh fruit) was satisfactory.

Staff is amazing!
The friendly staff made our stay top notch; they checked on us when we hadn’t checked in for a couple of hours past 3…. They were very nice about us needing a late check in, and the young lady at the front desk upon arrival made us feel like family. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean & comfy; the pillows might need replaced soon in some rooms, as ours were a little more lumpier than fluffier, but the bed was comfortable & firm. All in all, this is perfect for a quick stop to refresh & really close to downtown Delaware for delicious food options.
