Family Trip to Columbus Zoo
Overall nice stay. King room was nice size and very clean. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Excellent location. We will definitely return.

Great value for the price. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good (2 hot dishes plus waffles). Breakfast room was clean and well stocked. Coffee in the lobby as well as rooms. Pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Would recommend. There's also a Bob Evans about 50' away from entrance.

The hotel was in a convenient location with an easy drive to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean, however, the air conditioner had a really strong mildew smell. We didn't raise awareness as we weren't spending much time in the room and had purchased a cheap air freshener for the room. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The rooms were nice and I enjoyed my stay. I liked that there was no carpeting and the windows opened. I did not encounter a lot of the staff, but those I did were friendly and courteous. The pool area looked clean but i did not use the facility. There could have been more parking nearer to the back exit to make loading and unloading easier. Overall I would stay here again.

Our room was great! My family and I received a king bed suite which was very clean! Staff was very friendly, and they have a huge breakfast area which was really good! Great area, close to the Columbus Zoo, restaurants and shopping all around! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is I have a family with small kids, and we were put on the third floor, and the elevator was out of service! Other than that everything g else was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the room had been recently updated. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The location was handy to our destination and an easy drive to the zoo. Breakfast setup was good and waffles,scrambled eggs,and sausage were hot and tasty. We would definitely make this a stop for any future trips to Colombus!
