When we first pulled in, we were alarmed. The entrance ran by a dilapidated falling down abandoned building at the front of the property. The occupied part is a series of wood sided barrack looking units that are in disrepair. The room itself was clean and the sheets comfortable, but there was a strong musty smell. We left the window open while we went to dinner and plugged in an air freshener; both of which helped. But the bed was hard and squeaky when i sat down on it. Im not a big person, but i would imagine a larger person might be bothered through the night. There was little light, with only one small bedside lamp and one over sink. While the fixtures were old, they all worked fine. Take yoir own tissues for your nose, as they offer none. Toilet paper was one-ply, so it didnt hold up well to a nose blowing.
So, its very basic. Paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. I did get my sleep, but its definitely a low budget one night stay.
