The keys had to be reset 2-3 times a day which was most frustrating there was dirty water coming out of taps, the wash basin was clogged repeatedly, outside of the property was terrible, staff was inefficient; Overall a terrible experience, definitely tarnishing the image of Radisson brand…

It’s an old property, carpet in hallway is super old and have a smell, rooms also have little smell which is usually common with old properties. Rooms were clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, service is great. Breakfast and in room dinning is also good. Property is safe as they scan everything that goes in hotel.

The room key card was an issue . I had to go down twice ....the carpets in lobbies had a moldy odor. The dinner buffet was truly well presented - good spread n tasty well presented. The inroom breakfast ordered was promptly delivered but beverage ☕️ delivered was warm - maybe a flask to deliver ???

Rooms are okay . We ordered food in room but had to wait for 2 hours , almost missed our appointments. Everytime I went out of the room I had to reactivate the room card to get in. Services were quite slow .

Overall ok, but staff should ask for tip all the time. That’s their job to provide best service to customers, because customers paid premium for it. That’s doesn’t mean customers have to pay extra to staff. This annoys a lot. Help but don’t expect customers to pay the staff for each service. Please talk to your staff regarding this. Don’t look at customers all the time for tips. It’s up to the customer if they want to tip you or not. Do not make them feel that they have to tip you.
