So when is it ok for a 5* hotel or ANY hotel to have music blasting till 12.15am . I had food poison for the last 5 days all i wanted to rest before our 4am flight. No Chance. £200 for the pleasure for 2 nights of hell.

The Radisson Dwarka provided a comfortable stay during my six nights. As I was there for visiting family the hotel was mainly used for sleep over and I didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings, but I did dine at their buffet restaurant one evening. I ordered Indian from their a la carte menu and the food was well prepared and reasonable enough. Check-in and check-out were swift, although my 4 am arrival and 3 am departure would have contributed to the speed. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. The two negatives for me was the wooden flooring which I find underwhelming. I feel a 5-star hotel should have plush carpeting would adds an extra touch of luxury and comfort. The other being it only had one restaurant onsite. At the very least a 5-star should have another dining option.

I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. All of them did an exemplary job.

It’s clean, staff is helpful and it’s close to the shops and restaurants. Bit far from the airport but that’s not an issue if flying early morning then there is not much traffic on the road to get to the airport.

Good location
I have been a guest at this hotel several times. Most recently returning from a 7-night reservation. Restaurant for Bfast: It was enjoyable - clean and many options. The collective staff could be more focused - it seems they are running around (we asked several for a coffee for example on day and the responses were delayed) Laundry: was okay.. though frustrating that we requested items to be pressed (ie: Men's dress shirt) to be returned folded) Parking : kind, quick and professional Receptionist: great Fitness center: many options - lacks sanitizing options House Keeping: No issues at all - great staff - Challenges: The room access cards very rarely worked - resulting in us making many trips to the front desk for correction. To avoid an exhaustive reply here, the multiple Duty Managers lack the true authority to resolve any issues that arise. I requested a reasonable $50.00 USD concession due to this, after much discussion, a $10 credit was given. It appears to me, that the Senior level Managers or even day-to day Duty Managers do not value a customer experience. The hotel was abundantly busy with multiple conferences (4 at one time), so I think they thrive on volume vs. an individual experience. Secondly, the room refrigerator did not work, it was replaced but with another defective one. All in all, we were discouraged with the Mng lack of Cust Service. I witnessed other guests having the same or similar issues Overall, use wisdom and know be aware of potential issues

Title: Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a positive experience, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and competence of the staff. They made us feel welcome right from the start, which set a positive tone for our stay. However, upon entering our room, we encountered a couple of issues. The furniture looked a bit worn and had a creaky feel to it, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Additionally, despite having booked the room for two guests, we only found one pair of house slippers. This small detail would have made our stay more comfortable if addressed in advance. We checked in late at night and were a bit disappointed to find the fridge empty. Unfortunately, this meant we had to go to bed on an empty stomach. However, the breakfast buffet the next morning more than made up for it! It was extensive and offered a diverse selection that was genuinely enjoyable, making for a great start to the day. In conclusion, while there were a few hiccups during our stay, the friendly staff and excellent breakfast were highlights. With some attention to the in-room amenities and guest needs, I believe this hotel could elevate the overall experience for future visitors. I would consider staying here again, hoping for some improvements next time.
