Decent airport hotel - close to the airport (well maybe 15 mins in a taxi but as close as you can really get to Delhi airport!) Staff were friendly, check in was easy, felt upmarket, room was a very good size and clean and well appointed. Recommended if you want to stay near the airport, and they arranged a driver to pick us up for a very reasonable price which was great especially after we'd had a long flight and long queue at immigration

Excellent costumer service. It is a very outdated hotel. Rooms smell and they try to cover the smell with jasmine room fresheners which make the smell even worse. Ac makes a lot of noise, complimentary bottled water tastes like tap water. On a positive side: costumer Service was excellent. Rooms are decent size, Restaurants are good, breakfast which was included was very good.

Outstanding property that is a wonderful sanctuary from the craziness that is New Delhi. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always there when you need them. The dining options are terrific and the property is gorgeous. Great value for the money and certainly worth a visit.

Check in was terrible. Waited a long time for someone to check in , staff wander around in lobby , dont offer you a drink ( from nearby flask ) 5-6 pple but only 1 to check in . Overheard her saying room booked on expedia but i dont have a room . After check in waited to find and call somebody to take bags ( no staff volunteers to help unless you walk around looking for pple to help you ) rated 5 star but check in is 0 stars . Staff in front desk n lobby need to be more pro active for international long haul arrivals . Will not stay again . Spa was ok , staff there are very very sweet and friendly but didnt get value for money for services. Felt pressured to get services that weren’t necessarily what i preferred .
