Connaught Hotel - stylish, good for short stay
The hotel was very stylish and lovely. The check in staff acted like my check in was an absolute waist of their time, which is incredibly off-putting in country with typically excellent hospitality. The room was tiny. It would be great for weekend sightseeing or nightlife. If you are there for work there is no real workspace. Also, the shower is poorly designed so that water covers the entire bathroom which invariably gets track all over the room. A real mess. Still, great location and great for a fun weekend.

Great experience staying at the hotel. The location is great very close to CP. The staff is really caring. I was traveling alone with a toddler and the whole team made my stay so comfortable. Everyday, they even packed small snacks bag for my kid that lasted throughout the day. Would love to stay here every time I visit Delhi.

Quiet, beautiful and Serene
Quite and right in the centre of the city, this hotel is a gem. Polite staff, very clean premises, extremely comfortable beds, very peaceful. The only problem was that they don't have an enclosed shower stall and therefore the water floods at the entrance of the bathroom after a shower. The cloth mats get totally wet. If they can put rubber mats there, the problem will get solved. Otherwise a fabulous hotel

Traveling alone as a female can be uncomfortable but the hotel made my stay very pleasant and inviting. The property manager upgraded me to a nicer room and had chocolate delivered to my room from the downstairs bakery shop which was also a pleasant surprise. Additionally a full service restaurant and bar on the main level made it easy to entertain family members who joined me at the hotel for a nice lunch one day with many food options.
