Modern Studio Apt - Near the Beach/Downtown

Your private little studio in Delray Beach in a multi family home! A 5 minute drive will take you downtown and a 12 minute walk will take you to the beach. You will find yourself steps away from consignment stores, the intracoastal, convenience stores, pharmacy, grocery store and a French bakery. This is the perfect spot if you want to have a fun night out downtown or a relaxing getaway to the beach!

Shared laundry room is outside of the unit but it’s free 😊
Since it's a multi-unit residence some walls are shared and its possible you can hear neighbors. However, we do have quiet times and had acoustic panels installed.
