Welcome to this vacation home at Delta. The location is incredibly central with easy access to Surrey, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Richmond. The unit is also close to freeway interchange, when you’re ready to explore big Vancouver area, this unit puts you in the centre of the action, just steps away from an array of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, parks, cultural attractions, and transit.
It’s a very cozy place and nicely decorated.

The Space:
You will be wowed from the moment you walk in this gorgeous home. We are offering 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom suite, totally sleeping space for 4 guests. This is a quiet house with luxurious finishing such, hardwood floor, sofa, and dining table. It's everything you will ever need. Fridge, freezer, and microwave. Flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, high speed wi-fi are provided. This warm home creates a relaxing ambiance for family vacations.

All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided. The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean unit and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.

We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our unit and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax, and enjoy. We look forward to hosting you! A great place
Great place to stay. Affordable and has a bus transit close to it. Shower was a bit frustrating to use and I would have rated 4 stars because of that. But they did have TSN+ and I was able to watch some football 🏈 during my stay.

I stayed at delta everything was good except the rooms didn't have closet then I had to use my lugguage as a closet which a hussle for 2 weeks.

We left after 2 day the place not suited for seniors a cold basement sheets on bed missing pillows unbelievably flats really felt like a basement Damage deposit was asked never had we pay damage deposit on a Vrbo before and still waiting for refund on damage deposit

Great unit, absent host
Other than the dishwasher, this unit was pretty much as advertised. Very convenient location if you want to be south of Vancouver. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Other than what sounded like canned welcoming messages, though, this owner was absent. We tried the washing machine and, while it filled and washed, it did not drain and spin. When I texted the owner, a picture was requested. After I sent the picture, nothing. Crickets. No offer of help. No suggestion of local laundromat. Nada. Additionally, the kitchen is very minimally equipped. It needs a colander, large slotted spoon (or, simply, a nice set of utensils), ice cube trays, a measuring cup, kitchen towels, large ceramic fry pan and lid and tall kitchen trash bags.

Stay in Delta
Stay was good, bed were comfortable. The place could have been cleaner. Disappointed with the kitchen, barely any utensils, 2 pots, a few plates and cups. Last VRBO we stayed at had basic things like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tons of pots and pans, anything that we would need to cook. at this place, we could not buy groceries and cook as there were too many things missing. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive. Very nice neighborhood with trails to walk/bike.
