"The woman who checked us in around 5-6pm on Friday was very friendly and accommodating! She was warm and inviting. There was an older woman at the front desk the next day who assisted us with a new key card. She saw we had our dog with us and said loudly to another young coworker that we were “not in an animal room” and “the room will need to be deeeep cleaned”. I feel like this could have been a private conversation. It seemed like she wanted us to feel bad. We did not pick the room and the hotel knew we had a dog prior to our check-in. We had a few other strange encounters with her throughout our stay—it felt like she did not want us there. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Palouse falls is about an hour away and the town of Ritzville is historic and idyllic. There are a few options for good food in walking distance of the hotel as well. "

"Good toilet paper. Needs a Keurig. Great king bed. Excellent kitchen. Ice was stuck in fridge door couldn’t get it unstuck. Nice towels. Would like to stay again next year for the annual walleye run!"

"The rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable with good lighting but what really impressed me was the customer service. I booked the room ahead and didn’t arrive until 1am, the clerk had my reservation handy already so I didn’t have to wait at all to get into my room. When loading to leave the clerk greeted me in the parking lot to chat and ensure I had a good stay. The family operating this establishment did amazing!"
