Apartment for 4-6 people, just a few steps from the beach of Les Bovetes. Quiet urbanization close to stores.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It has a living-dining room with a large covered balcony overlooking the communal garden, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses) and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, Spanish TV and TV-SAT, air conditioning in the living room, and in one of the bedrooms, Internet, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, etc.. The urbanization is very quiet, right next to the entrance there is a German restaurant which serves good food. Parking inside the community.
Calm location at only 2 min. walk to the sandy beach (200 m), just 100 meters from several restaurants, 550 meters from the large supermarket "Consum" and "Aldi", 300 meters from the nearest pharmacy, etc. The city of Denia can be reached by car or bus easily within 5 minutes (2 km). The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.
