The beach is just a few steps away, bars/restaurants 50m, supermarkets 1km and the town of Denia 5.5km. Pets are not allowed. Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September. From 1 October to 30 April, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
