It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed (150cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm). Built-in wardrobes. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Open view to green area. Independent kitchen with dishwasher and all small appliances, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, gallery with laundry room, washing machine and clothesline. The apartment has fans in all rooms.

The urbanization is very quiet and pleasant, with a family atmosphere. Orientation of the terrace west. Garden and large community pool with jacuzzi. Children’s playground and paddle tennis court. Private covered parking space in gated community.
