The villa, surrounded by flowers, is situated in a very quiet location on the mountain ‘El Montgó’ in Dénia.

The villa is spoilt by the sun. Villa, pool and garden gets sun all year round.

At 150 square metres, the villa has three bedrooms, all of which are equipped with modern air conditioning units. The largest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and underfloor heating. The second bathroom also has a rain shower. Both modern bathrooms are fully refurbished.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the garden. Furthermore, there is a living room with fireplace & large TV, a dining room with garden view and also a working area with a large desk.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. But you will also feel very comfortable here as a couple.

A special feature is the large private pool and the beautiful pool terrace with a Buddha figure.
Modern sun loungers, lounge chairs and side tables invite you to sunbathe, laze around and relax.
In the evening, you can see the beautiful starry sky from here. The pool and the area are illuminated and there is also an Asian lantern with candlelight.

The entire property is fenced and guarantees complete privacy. Plant hedges protect from prying eyes.

The villa has a raised terrace surrounded by plants with a pool view. It is furnished with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade.

Another terrace is picturesquely situated by the lemon tree. The Montgó can be admired from here for sundowners.

The third terrace is covered and forms the BBQ area with a new outdoor gas barbecue and a modern table and chairs.

From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The area is also suitable for yoga and Pilates exercises in the morning or late evening. Some plants provide shade.
