Quiet, clean room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious and clean with good shower. Reception was organised and friendly. Television reception was very patchy.

Very ordinary property. Door catches were sticky, had to lubricate to make them work correctly. Bathroom layout meant limited space and uncomfortable situation around the loo.

Lovely room, great bed and pillows gave us a good sleep as it was also very quiet. I realise there are paving works going on but 5 minutes with a garden blower around the reception drive would really improve first impressions. Would stay again.

Overall experience very good and extremely good value for money compared to higher priced properties stayed at during our trip. Bed was hard for bad backs but have learnt that this is quite common in a lot of Accommodation venues. Would gladly book in again if travelling through in the future.
