Marlen Otel'de geçirdiğim süre boyunca hizmet kalitesi beni gerçekten etkiledi. Otelin personeli her zaman güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki çalışanlar, herhangi bir sorunum olduğunda veya bir şeye ihtiyacım olduğunda anında yanıt verdiler ve bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi, odalar tertemizdi. Konum olarak şehrin kalbinde, gitmek istediğiniz yerlere kısa sürede ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir istirahat yapıp yoluma devam ettim. Kendinizi evinizdeymiş gibi hissediyorsunuz.
