This was our first time staying at By the Sea and everything was great. Tom and the staff were wonderful and so accommodating. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and clean We will definitely be back 😊

Great value on the beach in Dennis Port.
Hotel is a great value for a stay on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom with kitchen and living area, small deck we did not use. The inside is recently remodeled, not fancy but clean, modern and more than adequate. Bathroom with shower also remodeled and very nice. If I return to the Cape I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay, the owner was a very friendly person who cooked our breakfast herself every morning and gave us information about cape cod and Martha’s Vineyard. 3 out of the four other guests were people who had stayed their before. It was a very special place, and we will go back.

The room was clean, the service was good, but breakfast didn’t start till 8 AM, which is a little late. Also, the coffee bar was not very well stocked. Left a little to be desired.
