The rooms were a great size, comfortable beds, however it was on the main drag and a bit further away from the busy shopping and restaurant area. Their pool area was nice but mainly shaded, the guests at the time were mostly older adults and looked unimpressed with having children playing in the pool- this may have been a one off though

Hotel was excellent, staff very friendly. The hotel itself was spotless, someone always cleaning. Breakfast good simple variety very much enjoyed our stay. The road outside the hotel isn’t very walking friendly lots of holes in concrete, massive holes so not accessible friendly we did have to walk on the road with a lot of oncoming traffic.

Beautiful property, but a little bit of a walk down back roads and paths to Sanur Beach. The walk was about 20 minutes, but loved the frindly people we met along the way. Very safe to walk.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Room was upgraded. Amazing. Pillows doubles and big and comfy. The bed was firm but comfy. Aircon worked well and the room was cleaned daily and bed made. Restaurant onsite with western and Indonesian choices. We had complimentary buffet breakfast daily. The restaurant was great and staff so friendly and helpful. Pool shallow but nice and quiet. The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in a bustling busy environment. Couple of blocks walk to the beach if you’re confident or get a cab. Easy

Beautiful and supportive, professional staff. The hotel is impressive. It is a very high-end quality build. Expansive, quality rooms elegantly furnished. Supremely comfortable and elegant. Fabulous pool of 35m+. A tremendous, convenient, place to stay in Sanur. Oh, and a generous breakfast!

This was a great hotel option for us on our first visit to Bali. The staff was very kind, and building was clean and well kept. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. My only reservation with staying here again is that the hotel is located on a very busy street. You can walk to some things nearby, but it’s not the safest road to walk on. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay here.

There is an army of people but I think without a good manager to improve the service to the customer and also to the potential of the area in tourism, the buffet breakfast was limited and the croissants looked old or bad brand, they don't have options for the people that can eat sugar, I asked to for the ride to the beach and they told me to ask for a taxi because the driver of the hotel was not available, it looks there was only one driver and only work for some hours...

Hotel staff are great and we were warmly greeted at around 1am however rooms look a bit tired and are in need of a refurb. Breakfast was decent and nice to have adjoining rooms.

The Hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, it was a bit further to the beach than we anticipated. There was only one shuttle in the morning to the beach and one in the evening. Walking back along the busy road was a little unsettling as the sidewalks are not in great shape. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel
This is a nice hotel very close to the beach and close enough to the airport. Facilities were well maintained, great food and services. I recommend to everyone wanting a good location and fair prices. They also sell tours, I got a private tour to Ubud here that was way cheaper than outside.

The staff were collectively so polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was delicious. They kindly moved us to a room that was better suited for our stay (beside the pool - pool access) and moved everything for us while we were out for the day. The beds are comfortable (we stayed in 2 different rooms) and very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are great. They provided us with disposable toothbrushes etc. and water every day. The restaurant is pleasant and the pool is a comfortable temperature. Lots of little birds around too. The only issue was the fact that it’s on a main road and traffic is a bit hectic for pedestrians but we were fine. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of merchants and restaurants along the way. Everyone is so incredibly friendly.
