Clean and very nice place. The room and bathroom are spacious . The staff is nice and courteous. It’s about. 15 minute drive to the airport. Shopping and dining options are close proximity. I will stay here again!

No direct access from hotel to beach. Very dangerous crossing bypass road to get to Naughty Nuri and the Hub.

The Staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and bottles of water & toilet paper were replenished when required. The restaurant food was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend family and friends.

Although located in the main road through Sanur, we could not hear the traffic particularly in our room which has been the most peaceful sleep in our 2 week trip to Bali. Located near the beach but could probably advertise that more. The restaurant staff were mostly trainees and were slow to bring anything asked for eg. poached eggs took 25 minutes and a latte took 15 minutes!

The welcoming vibes from the staff, they were always greeting us with smile during our stay. There were always someone who were cleaning the hotel as well. Pool was incredible, saw quite a bit of children but it didn't bothered us during the stay, noise control was great. Walking distance to the icon Bali, and 10 mins ride to the beach. They also offer free drop off to the beach at certain times (twice a day) Highly recommend!

The Grand Palace offers an excellent breakfast buffet and the staff is very responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. An excellent value near Sanur beach.

The rooms were a great size, comfortable beds, however it was on the main drag and a bit further away from the busy shopping and restaurant area. Their pool area was nice but mainly shaded, the guests at the time were mostly older adults and looked unimpressed with having children playing in the pool- this may have been a one off though
