The hotel is situated very close to the beach, 2 mins walk and also very close to cafes/ restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the hotel stand out. Buffet breakfast was delicious each morning. Ideal hotel if on business or for people who have day trips booked. Pool looks lovely offering great views but the seating area is small with very limited shade. Only 10 lounges in a row. The rooms don’t have balconies and the lobby was always roasting hot. The only area to sit outside is the walled garden which is beautiful but also offers limited shade and was always so hot. Should be able to offer day passes to beach hotels.

Well kept modern hotel great breakfast - ogi great service. Great location minutes from front beach ⛱️ very private roof top pool with fantastic views over ocean and happy hour daily btwn 4 - 6pm. Wonderful selection of restaurants along board walk

Property was welcoming the moment you arrived. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property was in a great location and easy to get to all areas. Property itself was a smaller size hotel but facilities were wonderful, very well maintained, and very clean. Breakfasts are very very good Highly recommended .

Holiday Inn was a very nice place to stay in. It is an attractive and comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well air-conditioned. The maintenance staff were very helpful and effective with the little issues we struck...or caused.

Nous avons adoré séjourner à cet hôtel avant de prendre le bateau pour Nusa Penida. Le déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La piscine sur le toit est vraiment bien aussi. La cours intérieure est superbe et nous avons beaucoup aimé le spectacle de piano qui était offert ce soir là.

The breakfast had tons of options to choose from. gf has gluten allergies and they had g f bread and many options for her too. Our room was on the ground floor and facing the back alley so it was noisy at times with the traffic. Room was clean shower was great had an adjustable shower head and a rain fall shower. We didnt have a chance to use the pool view of the ocean in the background was really nice.

Excellent service in good standard hotel
Pros: very good location 3 mins walk to beach, mini mart, spas, ice cream shop & restaurants. Rooftop pool is small but lovely and cool as breezy with sea view. Great selection of european & asian options at breakfast with cook to order eggs waffles & pancakes. Excellent service from staff, always smiling & helpful. Cons: bath towels rough & regularly damp smelling (except ones at pool). Small bugs in room crawling on desk & shelves & in our case, they moved us after 2 nights to higher floor. Not enough deck chairs at pool when it gets busy. Overall would stay again as had positive experience.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. Only negative was our room faced out in to the road where cars are parked for check in, no balcony (missed that when I booked) but otherwise, absolutely fab hotel. Not a huge fan of roof pool, lacked atmosphere, but couldn't fault the room at all. The staff there are amazing!!!
