The room was relatively clean, but the front desk staff’s attitude during check-in was poor and unwelcoming, which left a bad impression. The breakfast was particularly disappointing — no hot food like scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits, or gravy. Instead, they only offered basic options like cereal and bread. Additionally, the coffee in the lobby was stale and cold, showing a lack of attention from the staff. For an airport-area hotel, offering hot coffee 24/7 should be a basic service, but they failed to deliver on this as well. Considering the price charged, the overall experience was not worth it.
