Very nice!
Very nice. Convenient for DEN airport. Good free shuttle. We left too early in the morning for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

The staff was almost non existent and rude when you finally did speak to someone. I think a rat knawed away at my carpet in my room the bed was so hard i had to sleep on the floor to get any sleep. The breakfast area was appauling . The great part was the price and convience.

We arrived to the hotel in the late afternoon. It's easy to checking, and the room was clean and quiet. The shuttle to and back from the airport was very convenient, and it sent us to the airport on time at 4 o'clock in the morning.

First thing I did when I got there was change and head to the fitness room. The paper towels were empty, hand sanitizer empty, water empty, treadmill so overdue for maintenance that the belt slipped too badly to safely use it, and there was no remote for the television. I asked the girl at the front desk for a remote and she said she could not get one because the day crew locked them all up. Later, around 10pm, I found a back door hanging open because it apparently needed to be slammed in order to close properly. This was one of those doors that is supposed to remain locked after hours for security. From inside, you almost couldn't even pull it hard enough to close securely.

Better options in this area.
Wifi is a necessity in 2024. Internet does not work here - if you want to work, please don’t book. AC units are old, room needs some upgrades. No fridge. I discovered that there are tons of better hotels in this area around the same price range. Shop and stay away till these guys fix this issues.

Scarlett is amazing
Scarlett at front desk was exceptional during check in! I had a very early am flight that she helped me get scheduled for a shuttle for. I wish the room or front desk had waters available for free or purchase- I was insanely thirsty when I woke up at 3:30 am for my 6 am flight and didn’t manage to get anything to drink until I was through security at airport around 5:30 am.

I got in on a flight after midnight but I easily got a shuttle to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. This is not an upscale hotel that it was exactly what I needed after a long travel day and I will use it again. And the bed was perfect!
