Nice hotel as you expect from a 3 star hotel. Very disappointed with the front desk young girl that checked us in ( not details given but they need customer service training). housekeeping staff was very helpful as opposed to the front desk staff. Overall; it served its purposed.

Line at check in with delay due to staff / chatty guests. Van outside stating new hotel in faded lettering. Flooring coming up in the elevator. Holes in carpet in room. Mattress worn down. Not clean. Breakfast barely edible.

It’s no 5-star resort, but still decently passable for the price. Pros: -Charles at the front desk was very courteous and helpful -Shuttle to/from the airport is convenient -Standard continental breakfast was okay Cons: -No refrigerators in the rooms -TV was not working (but we didn’t try very hard to fix it)

Close to Denver airport. Check the weather before you arrive. If it is cold dress properly. The transportation wait to hotel is outside. You will seriously freeze if you are not dressed properly during the wait.

Hotel shuttle didn’t show twice. I ended up taking an Uber. Guy at the front desk was rude and unhelpful with trying to get shuttle service from the airport and hung up on me. Then refused to answer the phone. Didn’t tell me that my room key also worked the thermostat to the room but I was too tired and pissed off to try to discuss the the temp with the front desk so I froze all nite. Stay under a local bridge instead of here. Customer service will be better

loved everything except the fact that even though our check-out time was 12:00 pm, we kept getting pressured by housekeeping since 11:00 am. They knocked on our door at least 3 times after we said we'd be out by 12:00pm the first time.

Awful treatment
We waited for the hotel shuttle for 1.5hrs and when I called three times the first time they were pleasant but on the second time the driver actually answered and lied and said she’d been there twice. The third time the night manager Charles actually hung up on me. Once we got picked up she still lied and said she had been by twice already yet the van in which we were riding was never there before. I work for two officers at the base and my next work day I think that will suggest that we suggest that if a military family needs accommodation not to use Baymont inn DIA as customer service is not their mission but denial and blaming their residents for their mistakes. I really hate leaving this review as we have stayed here before many times but this is the 1st time using their shuttle service.

Carpet in the room had major stains by the sink. The lady working the front desk did an amazing job in the midst of a stressful night with multiple groups coming in due to vouchers. She kept her cool while being the only person working!

The check in and out process was easy with most of it online. The support shuttle runs 24/7 which is nice and will keep us coming back. The only downside was that the pool was closed for cleaning which was a bummer for our son. Otherwise friendly staff and great service.
