There were no was cloths. The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The mattress sagged on one side. Otherwise it was a good room and a good price. The hot breakfast was a big plus.

The staff was really unfriendly besides the lady who set up and cleaned breakfast. She was the only staff member who was friendly. Everyone else was very cold. There was one individual who would scream at people on speakerphone while running the front desk. The hotel itself was not clean and we asked for our room to be serviced multiple times throughout the week and never received any services. We had to ask for new towels and were often told there were none or we were given pool towels. I can see this being a hotel for someone who is just looking for a quick place to sleep, other than that I would never recommend this place.

A Good Baymont
I liked this Baymont, though I find they vary in quality and service. Breakfast was provided timely by Kim, the checkout manager was very helpful, the pool and hottub were nice and clean and the room comfortable.

Where to start with this absolute disaster of a hotel stay. First I was hardly greater by the desk person & did the bare minimum to make us feel good about making this our place to stay. Sure, everybody has off days. We get into our room, looks fine on first glance. We immediately headed out after dropping our things off. Came back to again nobody greeting us, we just walked through. Noticed some weird staining on our ceiling, gross… get into bed & we don’t even get a comforter? A sheet, a wool ish blanket in the middle & then another sheet. What the hell. Wake up one morning to a huge spider on the floor, do yall not spray for bugs? I was genuinely on edge the remainder of staying there. Luckily we left early morning & came back late so we didn’t have to stick around the hotel much. Back to when we arrived, I was told there would be a deposit needed, I asked how much & she stayed $100. Alright whatever, gave my debit card. I had this feeling to check the amount that was drawn from that interaction & it was $200 dollars. UM?? I went to the front desk, and the lady got loud & stated it was “her bad” for not explaining it more clearly. Said she thought I handed her a credit card & not a debit card which is why she didn’t say anything. Yet, and get this, she answered the question before I even handed her the card. Simply because the amount would’ve determined what card I put it on. You’re lucky I’m limited on characters, I have more to say.

The lady at the front desk was super rude when I was checking in last night(9pm). It's like she never learned how to do customer service or something. How do you guys even hire people who don't know how to act with customers?I paid money to stay at your hotel, so I expect to be treated with respect. Don't give me any attitude stupid dummy. By the way room was unclean and smelly, I don't recommend it at all.👎

The property was filthy dirty towels in the room no clean towels. Staff was rude. My fiance was verbally assaulted and we had to call the police on staff member. Staff member was allowed to come back to work ridiculous.

Beds were horrible . Had a divot on each side of our bed . Made it hard to sleep and back hurt the next couple days. Had to reprogram our key card every time we left the room. My biggest complaint is the bed they are noticeably bad . And nothing is done about it. Staff was awesome .
