Check in got pushed back, we were told “4 or maybe even 5.” No apology. Nothing. Come back at 3:45 watching someone else check in, by a different staff member (I understand could have been a different type room). Otherwise it was a good experience.

This was the best property of our five week, nine state road trip. Great room design and functionality incorporating barn doors to bathroom and closet. Lobby/bar areas invited gathering and meeting friends and colleagues. Modern, bright, clean.

Very nice
Great place. Several restaurants and bars around and a Natural Grocers for necessities. Very clean, presumably new location. Parking available with extra very reasonable fee. Super easy to get to Coors field area via bus, ride share, or ebikes/scooters.

This was fine but absolutely nothing special. Everyone we interacted with was pretty unfriendly. The room was super tiny- what I’d expect from a Manhattan hotel room but fortunately a lot cheaper. The frosted glass bathroom door meant that turning the bathroom light on at night flooded the bedroom with light. The door handle was difficult to open and super loud. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are very small. I say that to say this, the a/c was more of a swap cooler situation versus an actual hotel a/c. We had to change rooms and had the same issue. The temperature struggled to maintain anything under 74 degrees. Again, this seems difficult since the rooms were smaller than your than your average room.

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!!!!!!
I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself. I arrived a little early to check in and I was turned away. When I came back, I wasn't given the room I reserved. I reserved a suite and ended up getting a normal handicap room. Everything is shorter than normal, so it was very inconvenient. I asked about my suite and they said "it has a couch". I asked what happened and I was told the airlines "killed" us today. I asked why someone that didn't have a reservation of any kind, let alone a suit, was given my room, instead of the room that I ended up in. No comment of course. I said see, they're killing me now too. CRAZY INCONSIDERIT!!!!

Hotel was extremely friendly. Staff was attentive. The RiNo district is definitely trending up & up. I believe the neighborhood is on its way to having an even more popular crowd and I can really appreciate the hard work that has already been accomplished. One special highlight in our long weekend stay was the bar staff, especially Rick who is a true professional and will no doubt have people returning for his incredible crafted cocktails. We are so looking forward in a couple of months to enjoy some his latest amalgamations of liquid wow! Thanks for the great time, Pat & Tracy

The morning I was due to check in to the Cambria, I had to change my travel plans due to a death in the family. I called the hotel directly because I was past the cancellation cutoff and was told by the very kind clerk that she would cancel my stay and I would not be charged. However after not seeing a refund more than two weeks after the cancellation, I reached out to Hotels.com who reached out to Cambria. The manager at Cambria declined a refund for my trip despite what the person answering the phone that morning communicated to me. (In the conversation, I was asked who I spoke to, with an expectation that I would remember the name of the person who answered the phone more than two weeks prior and whom I called in the midst of a family emergency.) From my experience, customer service and empathy are not traits of this hotel and I would recommend choosing another hotel who honors their staff's words.
