The room was fine.Quiet and clean. Several homeless about. Some guests were slobs, food spilled in bot elevators, on arrival and next morning. Convenient store quality food. That said, it was $50 cheaper local competitors. You get want you pay for

Used hypodermic needle in elevator. Matresss on sofa bed has large urine stains so was unusable. Black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Morning desk staff was not friendly at check out. We didnt feel comfortable making any complaints because they were holding $100 on my card.

Bedbugs! We found bedbugs in our room. The staff got us to a new hotel (20 mins away at 1 am, and fully an hour in the morning to make our appts at Anschutz) and refunded our money, but really didn't seem too concerned about the BEDBUGS. And they certainly weren't overly apologetic, though they were polite.

Underwhelmed and disappointed. Poorer side of town, that was not nice to look at or to be in. Felt safe enough, but not sure as I did not stay long. Welcome was lacking from two very stern and dour hosts, and slapped with unforeseen holds against my security card as a security deposit, that were not disclosed on the Hotels.com listing. After clarifying if there were no additional charges (initially), I walked down to the elevator that had smudges, standing water, and dirt on the hallway and elevator floor. I got to my room that smelled of tobacco smoke, despite being a '100%' Smoke-free hotel. The floors were dirty in the unit, primarily by the door and in the bathroom. Some stains on the wallpaper, shower dirty, and the shower door handle was broken. I avoided the worn couch and put my bag on the table, that had smudges all on it's top. The bed looked welcoming and had no initial stains, but the pillows were pilled/tears in them. That night, while sleeping, the mattress/sheets smelled bad. Soap was dry as was the included breakfast. Overall, clean enough to sleep without fear, but not enjoyable. Misrepresented and not recommended, find a more well-maintained facility

Seems to be in Decline
The room was conveniently located to where we needed to be most of the weekend. Love the layout of the room itself. Sadly, there is but one entrance to the facility (likely for security), but it does make it difficult getting to your vehicle. Pretty clean, and decent breakfast - no complaints there! Our room keys worked occasionally. We were fortunate enough to be able to stand in the hallway trying it for about 15 minutes EACH TIME, until eventually it worked. We had them re-issue key cards, and they worked just as well as the originals (please note the sarcasm). This isn't our first stay at this location, but, as frustrating as this stay was, it may be our last - and we expect to be here EVERY YEAR. One more note: Not sure if it was employees or friends, but every time we needed to go to our vehicle, there was someone sitting in the parking lot (same vehicle numerous times) with individuals smoking pot. No one bothered us, but it was not exactly inviting.

We enjoyed our stay, though check in could have been better. We booked through hotels.com and were given a complete total for the stay, and told we wouldn't be charged until we checked in. Sadly, I was alerted about the charge way before checking in, and a completely different amount than agreed. I brought it up when we actually did check in, because the lady at the desk tried telling me that I needed to pay still. I told her I had already paid and showed her, and I also mentioned that the amount I had agreed on was not what I was charged. She argued that I was wrong, even after showing her my hotels.com receipt. She then told me that since it was a 3rd party booked stay, they would reimburse me the over payment within 5-10 business days. As of almost 2 months later, I still have not been reimbursed unfortunately. Other than the not so great check in service, we enjoyed our stay and the spacious room we stayed in.

Rooms are best and extremely clean. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but the cleanliness makes it worth it. The breakfast was good and staff were exceptional. This is the best Comfort Suites I have stayed in.
