This is clearly an older hotel, but the mattress and bedding was new and clean. Breakfast was effectively nonexistent and the shuttle pickup was once an hour only on one side of the airport (most pick up on both sides). Because we missed the shuttle by 10 minutes, there was a 50-minute wait for the next. When I booked the shuttle for a ride back to the airport to pick up a rental car, despite reserving 2 seats, the shuttle was overbooked and we only had one seat. I’ll select another hotel next time.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families. The people in the room next to me were smoking pot, so that is all I could smell when I was trying to sleep. This is not a family friendly hotel or a place to stay if you don’t like smoking in the rooms.

Here's all you need to know. Check - in was easy. Thanks Lela! We got recommendations on local food and local transportation while we were planning to return our rental car. The hotel was very near rental car return. The shuttle runs every 30 min in the morning and was timely for our return at 5:30. We did schedule that with the front office when we checked in. The rooms are nice but they do have these unusual square pillows that may not be for everyone. There are options for food - the Hyatt House, the 7-ll with a Conoco gas station, and you can also walk to the next light where there are 3 full service restaurants.
