The front staff was very attentive and the hotel itself was clean and welcoming. I stayed one night with my best friend for a concert it was perfect for our girls trip!

Hotel was nice but we had to pay $15 a fay to park on the property! It was a hidden fee that was not in the same area as all of the other fees and options. If i had know about the fee we would not have stayed there. Almost $100 in parking fees to sray at a property that i was paying almost $200 a night...not very transparent.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They have bars and restaurants at the hotel, but there isn’t much to do around the area. Downtown is about a 15 minute drive, so at least it’s not too bad.

The hotel is nice. Hotels.com has let me and my family down BIG TIME! Our flight was cancelled by United Airlines Sunday evening after waiting in Newark airport for 8 hours w children. I called hotels.com immediately to move the reservation around since we were rebooked to Tuesday (2 days later). Mind you, I purchased insurance when booking this reservation thru hotels.com. Hotels.com was unable to move my reservation around… I just lost out on the money that I paid for the room and when I finally did it inti Denver, CO @ 1 AM Wednesday morning from the Tuesday evening rebooked flight out, I had no room and nowhere to stay with a family in the vehicle, including sleeping children. I literally had to scramble and get a room in that moment for the family. I’m disgusted and horrified by how Hotels.com left me and my family high and dry effortlessly. I have been using Hotels.com for 10 years plus and was always taken care of by you guys so I’m very disappointed to say the least. I really need to be made whole by hotels.com ASAP please!

After making reservation, I called in to express handicap requirements. on checking in, they had not even looked at my needs, or could not accomodate any of my requirements. at 10PM at night they said they would release from my obligation. after insisting, they finally found a room suitable. but the handicapped room was the fartherst one from the elevators. poor accomodations for handicapped or challenged people. I would not recommend for staying at.
