Apart from the location the reason I chose the hotel was because it has a pool but it was freezing cold and the staff could not get the temperature above 71 degrees my son was so upset that he wasn’t able to play in the pool

There is construction happening that started around 6:30 one day and 7am the other day. The air machine in the room is also extremely loud and if you use hear smells like burning. The finishes are nice though and brand new. The pillows are terrible.

Typically hotels are supposed to take care of you, but that this one, you take care of them. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Expedia was amazing and refunded some of our stay, when this hotel didn’t refund us the difference of putting us in a double bed room versus a king room. We ended up having so many other issues here as well. We even had to watch the front desk while hanging out in the lobby one night. We had to assist guests & answer questions. Marriott has gone so glare down hill. One of the beds in our room was covered in dog hair too. The front desk person at night was soooo rude. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, but thankful that Expedia did what they could to help us!

Rude staff member and you have to pay for parking
The front desk attendant on Saturday October 19th was rude to us. First we had to wait a few minutes for her to come to the front desk. Didn’t like the way she talked down to us. Then we got doubled charged $20. So $40 total. Then we had to pay for parking? Why? The lot wasn’t even close to full. What a joke.

Marco who checked us in was professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, bacon, breads, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, and yogurt. Only complaint was room AC was noisy.
