Marco who checked us in was professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, bacon, breads, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, and yogurt. Only complaint was room AC was noisy.

We were in Denver for a wedding. We arrived at the hotel and the two people at the front desk told us that the system was down and therefore they could not check us in. They also said they had no idea when the system would be back up...it could be hours. We told them we needed to get into a room ASAP so I could wash and style my hair in order to make it to the wedding in time. They said that there was nothing they could do to help me. I then demanded they call the manager (who was off duty). Finally the manager had the front desk person to get someone from housekeeping to figure out what room was vacant, and they were able to place us in a room. We did make it to the wedding in time, but I was rushed getting ready and we had to drive over the speed limit to make it on time. All we got was an "I'm sorry." I would have thought we would have received a discount, or something. I did think the hotel was beautiful and we did enjoy the room.

So much for an airport hotel!
The website states there is an airport shuttle which was discontinued 3months ago. It cost me $100 to get transportation to and from hotel. If I had known this I would have booked another hotel. Add that to your room costs!!! There was a letter stating this in the elevator. A lot of good that does someone that needs to get to the airport.

I was able to check in before the standard check in time. I was welomed back every time I entered the doors. Very close dining options that were in walking distance. Hotel was quiet; staff members were friendly and helpful. About 20 mins from downtown. Points deducted since there are no blackening curtains in the room and my room phone didn’t work to call the front desk.

The hotel was very nice, but I had asked for a room with a king size bed. We were given a room with two queens. When I went downstairs to rectify the matter, the person at the front desk seemed bothered by my request, but she did fulfill it.

We were unable to stay here. We arrived at 2am (because traveling!) and we were told upon arrival that our room was no longer available, that we should have been called or informed around 11pm - we were on a plane. We needed to go to a different hotel in Fort Collins after traveling all day. It was very unpleasant. I did speak with the AM and GM and they were both very helpful and responsive to these concerns. But, my note to the general public is to make sure you check in, or contact them if you plan on arriving later in the evening.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Awful experience. The website AND your voice recording say there is an airport shuttle, but there is no shuttle. We reserved a room with two queen beds, but got a room with on king bed, nothing more. The television turned on every 30 minutes all night. We were charged for parking even though we did not have a car. Start to finish, everything about that experience sucked and this hotel should reimburse us the $$120 for the Ubers to and from the airport. AWFUL.
