The check in was miserable and the staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. Otherwise, the condition of the hotel was fine. Luckily, it was only a one night stay.

We stayed in a corner king room on the 22nd floor and had great views of the sunrise and sunset. The room instead is massive and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel is around 1km from Union Station and most of the city attractions are within walking distance. The rooms have fridges, coffee makers and good bathrooms. The gym is good quality with peloton equipment. The outdoor running track is a bit small to be practicable but is to be expected. Breakfast was great each morning and the options for lunch/dinner were solid. We were also granted a late check out on our last day which was useful.

The bathtub was peeling at the front and back of the tub. The carpet had stains on it. We didn’t know about have to pay $50 a night for parking. Staff was friendly, but we had to wait over an hour for extra pillows. Not the best experience. Area surrounding felt extremely unsafe to walk around.

We arrived at the hotel very early. We planned on asking to have our bags held until it was time to check in. To our surprise, we were told our room was ready and we could check in! How wonderful. The room was very nice! Service was always kind and helpful! We had a lovely time!!

Big hotel. food is okay inside, but there's a ton of options outside the hotel. Love having a little market to grab waters and snacks before bed. Great room size for the suites.
