This is a very comfortable place to stay at a very reasonable rate. Nathan at the front desk was helpful, pleasant, and professional. The fitness room was well equipped. I would stay here again.

This was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Their service was exceptional; all of the front desk workers were so incredible and very helpful! Thank you to everyone there, we will definitely be back!

SHUTTLE SERVICE BELOW PAR

Hotel and breakfast was fine but the shuttle was below par. I cannot believe that the luggage was placed in the seat behind the driver and front passenger. Why not fold down the rear seat so you can place the luggage in the back. The shuttle was full and the shuttle driver had to unload bags to get a bag that was on the bottom. It made no sense. The shuttle driver should have asked people which airlines they were flying out on before loading luggage. If he had done that those departing on the first airlines stops would not have their bags on the bottom. Very inefficient process.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient for traveling from DIA. The only hiccup was the shuttle service. The trip when we needed to leave was full, so we had to schedule an Uber instead.

No booking by Hotels.com

Hotels.com did not notify Hampton Inn Denver Airport of my booking! The hotel was very kind in rebooking a room for me and said this happens quite often! Not a pleasant experience at 11:00 pm and you’ve been traveling all day! Still waiting to hear from Hotels.com about this snafu and a refund!
