The hotel is beautiful and the front desk and staff were so helpful and polite. The rooms were great and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. My only concern was parking. Besides the valet parking that the hotel offers which is $49, there is metered parking next to the hotel and there a lots near by that you can walk to and from which are a little less than valet parking. I wish there was a designated lot for self parking but all in all this hotel was amazing and I will be back

They were very accommodating. Didn’t get the room requested but they refunded the difference. We loved the room we had. Grocery store across the street and a short walk to the train station. The attached restaurant was delicious.

Everything was great in the property. Clean & very comfortable for our weekend short stay. Slightly expensive for what it is but I suppose having the Hilton name it can be. The area around the property was a little run down looking with broken kerbs & paving slabs. There are a lot of road works on 16th street that we were told has been going on for a while so it looks a little sad. Nothing to do with the property but handy to know if you have any walking issues/aids getting to/from station/shops.

The location was perfect. Very close to Union Station so there was no need to rent a car. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Very enjoyable stay.
