This was our fourth year staying at the hotel and our last. The staff is always fantastic but the condition of the hotel has changed considerably; from the faulty toilets to the Denver drainage stench wafting back up the tub drains. These are enough to look for a hotel well outside the area that’s a newer build with fewer problems like these.

My main concern was that my room key card would not let me into my room, so every time I left the room, I would have to get a new key card to enter. It took a lot of time out of my day because I would forget when I walked past the front desk, go up to my room, and have to go back to the front desk to get a new key card.

This hotel was NOT worth the money. It is an older hotel and it has been somewhat renovated but it is very dirty. Only one elevator in working order. $12 a day just to park. The breakfast was absolutely horrible and we paid $30 for two people. Complete letdown for our 28 year anniversary celebration. And for the price of the stay we felt like there are SO many other properties that would have been better. We trusted the reviews on Expedia. But no more. We will not be using Hilton or Expedia again. Hope it was worth it for you.
