The spa was out of service and the hotel seemed in no rush to fix it. It had apparently been out of service for quite some time. Hotel was clean with pleasant staff.

Property was up to date. Clean rooms, beds were soft. Dining options right outside of hotel. Bodega tacos and margaritas was really good! Walking park across the street from hotel. Busy strip but many shopping options near by.

I had to have my door key redone 5-6 times, apparently it’s a known issue that the hotel doesn’t bother to fix. It was very inconvenient to have to constantly get the key card redone. Staff were very friendly, but it was still quite frustrating.

Bed pilows were the worst i've ever encountered in a high end Hotel like Hilton Garden. Neither one of us slept well. My wife (Hilton member) sleeps on her back and I am a side sleeper. Both pillows were mush..no support. When my wife was trying to sleep, I could not even see her face. I had to fold my pillow over three times to get support. We asked housekeeping for a new pillow for my wife and they did bring another one, but it was no better. We've always had great pillows at other Hotels. This has never been an issue before. There is a Residence Inn located in the same complex of the Hilton and I really dont know why we would come back to this Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel stays are supposed to be relaxing and fun.

The hallways and rooms just look like it could use a drywall guy, a coat of paint, and some tlc. The tub in the room I stayed could use a bleaching. It’s just ok at this hotel-
