Upon arrival to our room, it was noted that many areas had not been cleaned, holes in the ceiling, walls dirty, handprints all over windows, shower dirty. They moved us to another room, and although definitely cleaner was not worth the cost of the room. Additionally, housekeeping was rude, and a maintenance worker let himself into our room without knocking. Pictures have been sent to management. Breakfast was good. Will not book here again.

The home 2 suits was a great place to stay in downtown Denver. The only thing inconvenient was there was no parking, but the valet option was super secure and convenient. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was different every day so we didn’t get bored of anything.

Loved the view from my room. Front desk people were polite and professional. Stayed 4 nights no maid service which wasn’t a big deal because I had plenty of towels in the room from the start.

Address is wrong to enter property. Not on Stout street entrance is on 15th. No outside street level markings to find building. Circle block in late night rude traffic with too much construction. Tried to call hotel, never answered their phone. Had to park car and walk around until I found entrance for parking. Never stay here. Staff is rude, not apologetic and no offer help, my fault for not knowing Denver streets, construction street closure and how to navigate one way and blocked streets in the dark. Denver traffic is rude and outrageous. Just don’t stay here ever.

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a EV charger. Upon arrival I was told that it was not working. Also $50 for parking is way too high to park my car. It should not cost that that much to park. Otherwise the room was great, clean, quiet, staff friendly, breakfast great, location great.
